這次打算靠QQ的蒟弱,來減少晚上熱量的吸收,減少澱粉的吸收,並降低食量了!
                                                                               
從上週六就開始了,我的蒟蒻晚餐~
                                                                               
第一話:義大利蒟蒻麵
                                                                               
    材料:半盒蒟蒻捲(內有8個蒟蒻卷),義大利麵調理包,四朵花椰菜,蛋x1
                                                                               
美味:★★★★★
熱量:因為多了義大利麵調理包,所以應該還是挺高的!(不過好吃 ^^~)
                                                                               
第二話:咖哩蒟蒻
                                                                               
    材料:半盒蒟蒻捲(內有8個蒟蒻卷),媽媽煮的美味咖哩
                                                                               
美味:★★★★★
熱量:媽媽主的咖哩,熱量無法計算!?(不過好吃 ^^~)
                                                                               
第三話:玉米蒟蒻清湯
                                                                               
    材料:半盒蒟蒻捲(內有8個蒟蒻卷),玉米一小段,兩個水晶餃,清湯
                                                                               
美味:★☆☆☆☆ (口味真的是清清淡淡~迷有味道)
熱量:超低熱量,應該只集中那水晶餃吧~不過有半個溶化在湯裡了,我沒有喝湯!
